Our Vendors
We do great quality work here at Seatco, but the skill and the labor are only two parts of the triumvirate required to turn out a great finished product. We also need great materials and parts to work with, and that’s where our vendors enter the picture. We have many superb vendors; we treasure those relationships, and rely heavily on them for a timely supply of the “stuff” we use to rebuild a car’s interior or convertible top.
Here are some of our vendors:
GAHH – from their website (and we agree): “We offer a full range of

EZ On Auto Tops – One of our vendors for a long time, we’ve been sourcing convertible tops and 
headliners from these guys for years – very, very consistent quality. From the company website: “In today’s market accuracy and close tolerances are required to meet the complexity of today’s replacement convertible tops. The quality control methods developed and implemented in the OEM program are now an integral part of our aftermarket production process. E-Z ON maintains quality and attention to detail by its use of experienced personnel and our state of the art computerized cutting equipment. In addition, we have invested in hot air welding equipment which we use to seal and waterproof current materials that are a requirement for the newest types of acoustic toppings. Each of our engineering staff members has over 35 years of experience in design, development and manufacturing in the automotive top industry.
E-Z ON Auto Tops uses only premium quality materials manufactured by the Haartz® Corporation, a well-known OEM supplier to the replacement convertible tops industry and auto headliners manufacturer. We receive fabric from both their domestic facility located in Acton, Massachusetts as well as their facility in Mannheim, Germany.
In order for our products to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, E-Z ON designs, develops, installs, and tests all of its products. By installing its products at its facility, E-Z ON ensures that it can provide superior support to customers with installation questions.”
Sewfine – There were a lot of air-cooled Volkswagens made, and sold, in the United States. Millions. And there are still quite a few around. These guys are one of our vendors because they have everything for those old air-cooled VW vehicles. It’s not common to see these here at our facility, like in the 70’s or 80’s, but we still get these cars in our shop – they’re simple and built like little tanks, but the interiors are usually completely beat when they show up here for a refresh. We call these folks (from their website): “Sewfine Interior Products was the originator of custom, made-to-order interior kits for the Volkswagen Industry. “It was our original designs that started the graphic interior craze that is still so popular today.” What brought customers to Sewfine was not only the pace-settings styles it had to offer, but also the vast selection of colors and textures. car that came from the factory with cloth seats have no idea that upgrading to leather is a very reasonable option, and in many cases, is actually less expensive than replacing the cloth. Wheelskins – Another of our vendors that is just about
indispensable, this company manufactures very attractive hand-stitched leather wraps for steering wheels. Most replacement steering wheels cost over $1000 now (some are much, much more), and re-dying the steering wheel is usually only a temporary solution. Our customers love these leather skins, and with good reason, they’re very attractive, and the cost is a fraction of what the alternatives are in terms of getting your steering wheel back on point.
Auto Custom Carpets – Much less expensive than ordering from 
the factory, and the same excellent quality, we use ACC for carpets, sound deadening materials, trunk liners, etc. Tremendous selection, and speedy service. Another one of our vendors we would be hard-pressed to replace. Here’s their own blurb about just one of the product lines, carpets: “Automotive Carpet is at the heart of what we do.
